Vice President of Operations for Assured Environments Mr. Andrew Feldstein presented a lecture at the summit on the topic of "Regional Differences in Bed Bug Service Models." He was accompanied by a panel of experts and Faye Golden of Cook's Pest Control. With bed bug infestation rates varying significantly among U.S. regions, Mr. Feldstein emphasized how these regions differ when implementing specific service models, protocols, business and training philosophies concerning elimination of bed bugs. Since 2000, Andrew Feldstein has been the Vice President of Operations for Assured Environments.
