On Feb 3 2012 THE HILTON~ (NOT THE WESTIN ANYMORE) My colleague had a room on the 5th floor on Jan 10th. She found a bed bug on her comforter.killed it and brought it to the front desk which they confirmed that it was a bedbug indeed. They changed her room with no refund. On Jan 9 2012 Found a bed bug walking in-between the sheet and comforter after just having waked up at 5:45am on 1/9/12. On Apr 28 2011 ...severly infested and managment is in total denial about the extent of the problem. After guests checked out due to problems in specifics rooms, the hotel checked new guests into the same infested rooms on the same day. I have just returned from a week long stay as part of a conference, and i have heard confirmed reports of Bedbugs on the 6th, 8th, and 9th floors. These are not rumors but facts.
