Worst Hotel Experience Ever .It is a very shame of five star hotel as RACV Royal Pines Resort at Gold Coast. My experience at RACV Royal Pines Resort (Ross Street Ashmore, Gold Coast in Australia 13th -- 15th Aug., 2010) was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel in my life (and I've travelled a lot!).
