These solid reviews are a result of our commitment to service and our commitment to you.Truth be told...Middle-men like Angie's List and Home Advisor say they are free services. In fact, they charge the service provider and that service provider passed the expense on to you. How do we know? We tried them at one time. We have since stopped. We do not believe in using middle-men services because of the hidden costs. You will find that the better companies are not on these sites.

Our professionals come in 2 forms:Inspection Teamscome in 2s, a Handler and a Bed Bug Detection Dog. This is Mike Posey and Turbo. They go through extensive training. They can find the Bed Bugs others miss, eliminate them, and then prove that they are gone. If you decide to have your issues resolved using pesticides, the handler is thoroughly trained in eliminating your infestation.Heater Techniciansdo exactly that...heat your spaces. They are responsible for using strong heaters to safely raise the temperature of your spaces to eliminate your bed bugs.

Everyone knows that bed bugs are tough to eliminate. So we bring it all! Some scenarios are better suited for Heat while other are more suited for Pesticides. Sometimes we use both....When do we recommend Heat?- Smaller infestations.- Confined physically by walls.- Customer preference.When do we recommend Pesticides?- No physical confinement like office cubes, waitingrooms,theaters, churches, etc..- Sensitive belongings.- Customer Preference.When do we recommend both?- A mixture of confined and unconfined spaces.- It's a big infestation and there are a lot of places for bed bugs to go.
