Connecticut Lawmakers' Bill Mandates Expensive Bed Bug Treatment, BedBugControl911.com Offers Less Costly Solution

A proposed bed bug bill focused on landlords and tenants was opposed in Connecticut due to its high-costing bed bug treatment requirement. To help the pests' victims cut down on expenses, BedBugControl911.com suggested that a pesticide exempt bed bug spray must be used.

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) March 12, 2012

According to the report, the bill mandates landlords to hire professional exterminators within ten days after knowing about the infestation. It's said that treatment could cost landlords $800 per unit. In case they choose to solve the problem themselves though but failed, the bill also requires them to lessen the tenants' rent and to pay for their temporary housing.

On the side of the tenants, the proposal orders them to implement the steps dictated by the certified bed bug exterminators hired by the landlords. If proven that they did not follow the instructions, the bill allows landlords to sue the tenants.

Though property owners and realtors agree with the proponents that something must be done with the problem about bed bugs, many of them think that the bill is of several loopholes. Others, like Connecticut Realtor Donna Karnes, even stated that it is biased against renters, ignoring owners of hotels and motels.

To help both landlords and tenants eliminate bed bugs without spending too much, BedBugControl911.com suggested the use of a pesticide exempt solution. The product is a big aid to get rid of bed bugs yourself effectively.

Already been proven effective by many, the product was a big help to eliminate bed bugs in Florida and in many other states. And because it is effective, safe and affordable, it is highly recommended by the site to anybody who is preparing for bed bug infestation or already suffering from the pests.

New Hanover Courthouse Denies Bed Bug Infestation, Still BedBugControl911.com Suggests the Purchase of Green Bed Bug …

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) March 11, 2012

Bed bugs hit New Hanover County Courthouse, report says. On Thursday, March 08, 2012, the courthouse was closed down to treat the supposed infestation. However, a judge said that the closure was not because of a bed bug outbreak.

According to the report, a court personnel noticed some bugs in the work area and immediately alarmed the property management. Contrary to reports though, it is said that the infestation is of carpet beetle and not of bed bugs.

Nonetheless, extermination was still implemented in the area. And as said by Judge J.H. Corpening, the process is much easier, that the courthouse was opened the next day. But while the court was closed down, the Superior Court was transferred to Historic Courthouse for the meantime. On the other hand, civil filings were processed at the Office of Juvenile Justice and the warrant service and magistrate at the New Hanover County Sheriff's Office.

Given that hundreds to thousands of people come and go in the courthouse though, it's not impossible that bed bugs will indeed infest the courthouse in the future. And because of that big possibility, BedBugControl911.com suggests that property management give out pics of bed bugs for the right identification of the pests. Also, it advises them to get a bed bug spray ready.

With a solution within reach, the site believes that anybody can control bed bugs more effectively. Among the many bed bug sprays though, BedBugControl911.com only recommends the use of a pesticide exempt solution. For the fast-spreading bed bugs in Florida, the product was a big help to the residents.

And for bed bug sufferers from across the United States to see for themselves how effective the product is, the site is giving out free samples of it.
