Bed Bugs Join Prince William County Meeting, My Cleaning Products Suggests Use of Pesticide-Exempt Bed Bug Spray to …
Richmond, VA (PRWEB) February 28, 2014
Bed Bugs infested the Prince William County complex in Virginia. And based on a report from washingtonpost.com, they could have been present even during the county's recent meeting. In response to it, My Cleaning Products suggested a pesticide-exempt bed bug spray in order to help residents protect their houses from their further spread.
According to the report, which was published on February 25, 2014, the meeting was about the county's tax rate and was held on Tuesday at the building behind the McCoart Administration Bldg. It detailed that it was also were the critters detected, besides the McCoart building itself.
Particularly, the pesky insects were found at the lobby, the mail room, budget office and communications office of the building, the report relayed. But it relayed that county spokesman Jason Grant stated the building was treated the day before. Apart from, it said that the county also made a deal with a pest-control company to get rid of the critters.
However, the post said that while all of those things happened, the county decided not to tell anything to the people expected in the meeting. It related that the officials believed the critters are just a nuisance and the problem over their presence would just cause hysteria during the event.
Below is an excerpt from the post Bed Bugs Found in Prince William County Meeting Venue by My Cleaning Products.
A meeting with bed bugs took place at Prince William County complex on Tuesday. However, it seemed that some of the people who attended were not aware of what might have been lurking close to them.
.
County spokesman Jason Grant said that the crawlies were found at the building's lobby, mail room, its couch in the budget office and even on a computer bag at its communication office. And following the discovery of them, he said that on Monday, a treatment was implemented. In addition, he said that they also contracted with a pest-control company.
MCP commented that although bed bugs don't transfer diseases, they could still negatively affect a person's general well-being. And as it explained, that's because besides leaving itchy and red bed bug bites, they also cause anxiety and paranoia.

Rise of Bed Bugs Prompts Emergency Meeting in Cincinnati, My Cleaning Products Offers Help to Residents With Tips and …
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) February 25, 2014
The cases of bed bugs in Ohio kept on rising. And to remedy it, Cincinnati's state representative called for an emergency meeting, said a report from thecincinnatiherald.com dated February 24, 2014. Meanwhile, reaching out to the residents, My Cleaning Products gave out complimentary Bed Bug Bully, its pesticide-exempt bed bug spray.
In the report, State Representative Dale Mallory (D-Cincinnati) particularly called for a meeting of the Joint Bed Bug Task Force. It was scheduled on February 27, 2014 at 5 p.m. at Theodore M. Berry Center, 880 West Court St., Cincinnati.
According to the news post, the agenda of the meeting would be the measures needed to be taken to solve the worsening bed bug problem in Ohio. However, it added that besides the officials and the member of the task force, pest control companies are also welcome to join.
Here is an excerpt from the report Bed Bugs Spur Emergency Meeting by My Cleaning Products.
It can't be denied. Bed bugs are now so prevalent. The worse part is, they are not done yet. They continue to spread causing havoc in any place they infest. And with Cincinnati among those cities becoming a favorite spot of them, State Representative Dale Mallory (D-Cincinnati) thought something must be done to control their presence, hence, the call for a meeting.
Actually, in the past few years, a number of cities in Ohio have already been on the annual top ten most-infested ranking. Cincinnati and Columbus are particularly two of those cities that have been on the list for a number of consecutive years. Needless to say, that's very alarming.
MCP stated that the fact bed bugs are still spreading despite them being already so prevalent should be taken by the people as a warning. That is warning to take preventive measures and ready themselves to kill bed bugs promptly.
As it said, that's because those critters could bring in bed bug bites that could swell and itch for days. Moreover, it cited that they could require a professional bed bug treatment, which could cause a huge spending, if not eliminated early.
However, when getting rid of bed bugs promptly, MCP said not to use chemical-based sprays. It stated that could harm the people's health, even the environment, with their content.

Inspections Find no Bed Bugs in a Rumored Lexington Play Place, My Cleaning Products Suggests a Bed Bug Spray to Keep …
Lexington, SC (PRWEB) February 24, 2014
A play center was recently rumored to be infested of bed bugs. However, a report from wistv.com related that no sign of the critters was found in the place. Still, My Cleaning Products said that it is at risk of their presence. And so to help it and the rest of the public keep the pesky insects at bay, it recommended a pesticide-exempt bed bug spray.
The report, published on February 19, 2013, shared that the play center was located at Lexington, South Carolina. And as it relayed, the rumors of it being infested started when a mother complained that her daughter picked-up the crawlies from the place.
It was said in the report that the mother posted her claim online and even told the local news outlets about it. That and the quick spread of it, it related, prompted the management to have the place inspected. And as detailed, the two inspections it underwent showed that it got none of those crawlies.
Here is an excerpt from the post No Bed Bugs Found in Lexington Play Place by My Cleaning Products.
Monkey Joe, a play place in Lexington, South Carolina, was recently rumored to have bed bugs. However, with the inspections it went through, it had proven that it doesn't have them.
The rumor started when a mother claimed that her 10-month-old daughter picked up the critters from the play center during their visit on February 04, 2014. She posted pictures of the supposed bed bugs on Facebook and shared her story with local media outlets. When she was contacted by the company's employees following it, she also said her daughter was still recuperating from the bed bug bites.
According to My Cleaning Products, bed bugs are so prevalent these days that there seem to be no place safe from their presence. And as it commented, though they were not found in the reported play place, still there is a possibility that they would infest just like any other place.
And so, to help it and anyone else avoid the infestation of those critters, MCP advised the use of a pesticide-exempt bed bug spray. Besides being wary of any bed bug sign, it said that getting it would enable one to kill bed bugs prompt and safe.
That bed bug spray was actually Bed Bug Bully. The company stated that it is unlike the majority of the pesticides as it is made with organic ingredients. It shared that it is even on EPA's FIFRA 25(b) for being pesticide-exempt.

Does Bed Bug Repellent Work To Prevent Bed Bug Bites?
Don't let the bed bug bites! Learn the truth about the effectiveness of bed bug repellent, what you need to do to prevent the bites and how to get rid of those blood sucking pests.
Bed bugs the idea of having these fast growing urban pest in your bed and house is enough to send anyone running for an insect repellent immediately. After all, realizing there are thousands of these little brown bugs crawling in the mattress that can bite and suck your blood in the dead of night not only can ruin your sleep but is also enough to affect you psychologically and harm one's quality of life.
As such, if you have been bitten by bed bugs, you may feel the need to invest in some sort of bed bug repellent (spray, lotion or cream) for the skin to repel and prevent further bites.
However, do these repellant insecticides really work to prevent bed bugs and their bites? Here are some facts...
According to Dr. Dini M. Miller, Ph.D., an associate professor in Urban Pest Management at Virginia Tech's Department of Entomology, they tested several repellant insecticides on bed bugs and found that none of the repellent insecticides have had any effect against bed bugs.
He says on MSNBC:
...we have found bed bugs to be very determined little creatures and I think it would be hard to stop a hungry bed bug. In addition, the repellants that you buy for mosquitoes last only a couple of hours before the effects begin to wear off. If you apply a repellant before getting into bed, a lot of the material could rub off on the sheets etc. Also, bed bugs are most active between 3 and 5 am, which is several hours after the time you would have put the on the repellant to go to bed. Bottom line, a repellant may prevent you from getting a bite or two but I do not believe that they will significantly hinder a hungry bed bug.
These results have also been further confirmed by the University of Kentucky. According to them:
Conventional insecticides used as skin repellents such as OFF (DEET) to deter ticks and mosquitoes, do not appear to be effective against bed bugs. Attempting to avoid being bitten by applying insect repellent at bedtime is not recommended. Sleeping with the lights on is not likely to deter hungry bed bugs either.

Treatments for Bedbug Bites – Hotel Reviews – Resort and …
When it comes to bedbug bites, everyone reacts differently. Some people just have small red marks, while others have a more severe allergic reaction to the bedbug bites. The best treatment options for bedbug bites include anti-itch cream, topical antiseptics (to ward off infection), and oral antihistamines. These treatments for bedbug bites are over-the-counter. If you have a severe reaction to bedbug bites, see a doctor; you may need a corticosteroid. See Also: Is This a Bed Bite?; Are Bedbug Bites Dangerous?; and Pictures of BedBug Bites
For mild bedbug bites, an antibiotic cream is recommended. I like Neosporin + Plus Pain Relief. This maximum strength first aid antibiotic cream is available over the counter in a variety of sizes, and can be taken along while traveling.
I like the Neosporin spray for small children that don't want to have a cream rubbed on them, or are sensitive to you touching their "boo-boos." It's also extremely convenient to carry, as you can throw it in a purse or a pocket, even add it to a keyring.
