A low-income housing complex in Maine was infested by bed bugs according to a report. To help make the bed bug treatment in the said complex safe, My Cleaning Products suggested to the management and the residents the use of Bed Bug Bully and even offered samples of it.

Based on the report published on April 17, 2013, four or five of the 24 units in the Town Hall Apartments in Bennoch Road were infested by the pests, My Cleaning Products stated. And as accounted by a resident, it shared that the pests were a problem in the building way back since September.

Resident Frank Lyford said in the report that the management was doing great solving the problem, MCP relayed. However, it detailed that another resident named Ronald Fortier disagreed stating that they could have done the treatment faster and in a more comprehensive manner.

Another housing complex fell victim to bed bugs. This time, the blood-thirsty insects pestered a low-income apartment building in Maine the Town Hall Apartments.

The housing complex was constructed in 1993 and provides shelter for the elderly and the disabled. However, back in September unwanted tenants joined the residents. They were the vampire-like bed bugs that according to the residents invaded four or five apartments.

A number of bed bug bills have been proposed the previous years. And based on a previous post from state.ny.us dated June 11, 2012, Nelson Castro passed one before. My Cleaning Products commented that bills such as his are particularly needed nowadays given the prevalence of the pests. And wanting to also help the public, it published a bed bug guide of its own enumerating the things needed to fight off the pests. It also offered samples of its bed bug spray called Bed Bug Bully.

As said in the post, Castro's bed bug bill required bedding material transported or sold in the state be sanitized to prevent the pests, My Cleaning Products stated. However, the former Bronx Democratic Assemblyman's bill failed to get the nod of the Senate, it added.

Given the current widespread of bed bugs, the company asserted that proposed laws as that of Castro's are needed by the public. My Cleaning Products relayed that based on the report, the specific UC dormitory infested by the vampire-like pests was the Griffiths Hall in Unit 2. It stated that in the previous months, the crawlies were spotted in the fifth and seven floors of the hall.

However, the most-recent outbreak, MCP related as the report stated, happened on the eighth floor. Officials were said quick to act when they were notified about it to avoid the further spread of the pests, it detailed.

One resident of the dormitory said in the report that heat treatment was already scheduled for the rooms affected by the pests, MCP added.

It seems that bed bugs are loving the Griffiths Hall in Unit 2 of the University of California, Berkeley. A news from ktnv.com related that the Fire Station 20 in Las Vegas was reportedly infested by bed bugs. Stating that Bed Bug Bully could help any bed bug victim deliver a prompt, effective and safe bed bug treatment, it recommended its use to the officials.

In the report dated April 04, 2013, firefighters of Fire Station 20 on Judson Avenue in Sunrise Manor said that they were concerned about carrying the pests back to their houses, My Cleaning Products shared. However, it added that county officials hadn't dealt with the alleged bed bug presence.

In their defense, county officials countered in the same report that they found no bed bugs in the station, MCP related. They said they were still investigating the problem and would take the necessary steps to solve it, it added.

However, MCP detailed that based on the report, two beds were already removed from the station due to the suspected infestation.

Even fire stations, bed bugs don't spare. And another one of it in Vegas, the pests recently invaded. However, according to the local firefighters, their complaints about the said vampire-like insects are sadly not being heard.

A new Bed Bug Bill is already half-cooked. Based on a report posted on April 02, 2013 by boston.com, a recently proposed bed bug law that aims to help landlords and tenants has just passed the House and is now being considered by the Senate.
